I don't use this brand. Have used neti, squeeze type, everything. I use a different brand that is worth every damn penny. I'm in Florida, throughout the year usually just first thing in morning, but allergy season- first thing in the morning, when I get home and possibly right before bed. I also use generic flonase. I stopped neti because it requires way too much, can't use tap, must be squeeky clean and without buying neti salt, it doesn't do much, so it's not a one and done purchase.
