I recently ordered a carolina panthers quarter zip sweater and it arrived quickly, however, they had shipped the wrong product. I contacted customer support & they assured me that they would take care of the problem for no additional charges. A few days later the original order arrived. On top of all that they let me keep the mistaken order and either donate it or keep it for myself. Top notch!!
