When I was a little girl, my father used to take me to Sizzler as a reward for good grades or to celebrate my birthday as I grew older, it became the number one place for my friends and I to go to before a Friday night football game. No matter, if it was with family or a group of friends we always order a round of Sizzler’s World Famous Cheese Toast.
TODAY’S RECIPE “SIZZLER’S CHEESE TOAST RECIPE” IS SPONSORED BY SIZZLER’S.
ALL THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS ARE MY OWN.
National Cheese Toast Challenge…
Are you game?
I have always been curious about how Sizzler made their delicious cheese toast. Therefore, when Sizzler asked me to participate in their National Cheese Toast Challenge. I jumped at the opportunityto see if I could re-create their World-Famous Cheese Toast.
To help me create my masterpiece the brand sent me a cheese toast kit with everything I needed to re-create their recipe I including a sample of their secret spices. However, instead of using a grill like they do in the restaurant, I baked mine in the oven, and the kids love it.
Here is my spin on how to make Sizzler’s Cheese Toast
Although you do not have Sizzler’s special spices, you can easily make a batch of cheese bread at home for the kids using the following ingredients.
1) Soften margarine mixed with crushed garlic, cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt.
2) Grated parmesan cheese
3) Thick Slices of White Bread
